For decades, Whiting Equipment Canada and Handling Specialty have thrived just minutes apart—building not only industry-leading solutions but a shared community. Since Whiting’s acquisition of Handling in 2013, the two teams have fused their traditions, creating joint golf tournaments, celebrations, and of course… unforgettable Christmas parties.
This year’s Whiting/Handling Specialty Christmas Party, held on November 28th, was no exception. More than 120 employees and their spouses came together for an evening of celebration at the elegant Jordan Hotel and Grand Ballroom, nestled in the heart of Jordan Station’s stunning wine country. Team members from every corner of the organization were represented, turning the event into a true cross-company reunion.
After indulging in a delectable holiday dinner, the energy kicked up another notch with a spirited Trivia Night showdown. Tables formed teams, rivalries were born, and laughter filled the ballroom as everyone battled for bragging rights and a bounty of prizes.
