The unit is operated by a large moveable console which houses the touchscreen and joystick.

- The moveable base supports a 45’ mast and is equipped with a robotic-type arm capable of moving 180°(left to right motion).
- Retracted height 25’ and extended height 65’.
- The horizontal arm extends 21’ from the centre of rotation.
- Spray nozzle used to sandblast or paint an aircraft.
- Platform equipped with four outriggers and levelled via screw jacks.
- The rolling cart houses the touch screen and joystick.
