Handling Specialty recently underwent a review of our values as a company, asking each manager to comment on how they viewed the company in this light. A core system of values has always guided Handling Specialty in the way we connect with our clients and employees and how we carry ourselves when designing, building and maintaining our equipment.
This exercise helped solidify our core values, such as collaboration, internally as well as with our customers. Creativity and persistence help us overcome obstacles and create robust systems. Integrity in the face of challenges, Respect in the way we work with each other and our clients as we develop their material handling needs, and accountability, illustrating Handling Specialty’s unwavering dedication to a project.
