Overview
This AGV unload station is used to lift product off an automated guided vehicle during assembly tasks 50 times per day, 10 hours a day, 4 days per week. It is lagged to the client’s floor and can lift up to 4,000 lbs. This unload station allows technicians to work at ergonomic heights by precisely positioning the product. When the technicians have completed their work, the station will return the product to the AGV so it can carry on to the next work cell.
