Overview
These Blank Handling Carts for the automotive industry receive a stack of steel or aluminium blanks from a fork truck and then index along tracks into the destacking cell. Blanks are removed from the cart until the stack is depleted. The empty cart returns to the load position.
The customer will install a servo motor and all electrical components themselves to each of the carts.
Features
- Intermittent Operation – one (1) 3500mm move every ten (10) minutes per cart.
- Mounted on wheel cubes.
- Flat top with basic tapped mounting holes.
- Complete the safety decal package in accordance with ANSI M29.1.
- Paint colour safety orange.
