Overview
This manually guided vehicle (MGV) is designed to transport engines through an assembly facility and position them beneath Handling Specialty’s custom four-post engine lifts for loading and unloading.
The system features a hydraulic lifting mechanism, onboard control panels, and a portable handheld controller, enabling precise and effortless positioning. Operators can easily navigate the unit through various stages of the assembly process as needed.
When charging or scheduled maintenance is required, the MGV can be conveniently moved and parked away from the assembly floor.
An unpowered version is also available, equipped with a towbar assembly that allows it to be pulled by multiple forklifts.
